Delete your account

You're always in control of your data. Submit a request below and we'll guide you through email confirmation, timeline, and what happens to your information.

We'll send a confirmation link to your account email. Deletion only begins after you confirm.

Removal Timeline

Non-clinical data is fully removed within 30 days of confirmation.

This action is permanent

Once complete, your account and app data cannot be recovered.

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information (name, email, phone, date of birth)
  • App preferences, notification settings, and saved device tokens
  • Mood check-ins, symptom logs, and in-app messages
  • Uploaded documents and photos attached to your account

What Is Retained

  • Clinical records required by state and federal medical recordkeeping law (typically 6–10 years)
  • Billing and payment records required for tax and accounting compliance
  • Records related to an open investigation, dispute, or legal hold
  • De-identified, aggregated data that can no longer be linked back to you
